Tasline Warranty and Returns Policy
When you place orders with Tasline, you acknowledge and accept all conditions listed below. All materials and designs are subject to change without notice.
Tasline reserves the rights to change any and all terms and conditions of sale, including this warranty and returns policy.
All Tasline products are designed to be fitted and used as specified by Tasline. Tasline takes no responsibility for other manufacturer’s warranties in relation to products that are designed to be used in conjunction with other manufacturers components. It is your responsibility to check if using Tasline products void any third party manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty
Tasline provides a limited 1 year warranty that covers defects or malfunctions with Tasline products. This warranty is valid for 1 year from the purchase date and proof of purchase is required to claim the warranty.
Products will not be covered under the warranty if the defect or malfunction arises from abuse, neglect, an act of god, failure to use, maintain or store the product in accordance with Tasline’s instructions or recommendations, modification, normal wear and tear or use of the product for purposes it was not designed for. The benefits provided to you under this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under the law.
Warranty Returns
To make a warranty claim, please email Tasline at [email protected]. You can also write to us at 3/16 Industry Blvd, Carrum Downs, VIC 3201, Australia, the warranty claim must be made in writing. We will resolve this issue by trouble shooting via email or phone when required. In the case of a defective product claimed under the warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no charge. We will determine if return of the product is required after first contact. If this is required as part of the warranty claim, you are responsible for shipping the product to and from us.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Returns Policy for Change of Mind
Tasline will provide a refund in full for most, as new and unopened products purchased incorrectly or for a change of mind within 60 days of purchase. You will be responsible for all shipping costs in regards to non-defective products or a mistake on your behalf. If a product is incorrect due to our error, we will pay reasonable shipping costs.
